I rented a U-Haul from this location on Saturday 09-27-25. I don’t usually write reviews but Lucy was fantastic and I had to let her know how awesome she was that day. She was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I could tell from the interaction she had with the customer before me that she was genuine. Little experience with storage and what it entailed. I met with Amanda who walked met through everything. She was courteous, professional and helpful. She also helped me with getting a second unit. Both she and Lucy helped me greatly. Nothing but praise.
